Dashboard

The dashboard at app.filone.com is the home page of the console, reached from Dashboard at the top of the left sidebar. It summarises your plan, usage, and recent activity. A New bucket button sits in the header, and during the trial a banner shows the days left with an Upgrade button.

For sign-in methods, email verification, two-factor authentication, and passkeys, see Account Security.

Quick setup

Until you have created a bucket, uploaded an object, and generated an API key, a QUICK SETUP card tracks your progress as n of 3. Each step turns green when it is done:

StepTakes you to
Create a bucketYour bucket list
Upload an objectYour bucket list, where you open a bucket and upload into it
Generate API keyThe API keys page

The card disappears once all three are complete.

Plan, storage, and egress

Three cards sit below the header. The PLAN card is only shown to roles that can view billing (Owner and Admin), so other roles see just the storage and egress cards. See Roles and permissions.

  • PLAN shows your plan name and a status badge (Active, Past Due, Grace Period, Canceled, or No plan). During the trial the badge counts down as n days left, and hovering it shows the exact expiry time. The footer link goes to Billing.
  • STORAGE shows how much you are storing. On the trial it adds a / 1 TB suffix and a progress bar. On a paid plan with a per-TB rate it instead shows an Est. monthly cost row.
  • EGRESS shows your egress. On the trial it adds a / 2 TB suffix and a progress bar. On a paid plan it reads No egress fees · unlimited.

Below those, a strip shows your BUCKETS, OBJECTS, and API KEYS totals, with View all links for buckets and API keys.

How to read these numbers

Sizes are decimal. 1 GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes and 1 TB means 1,000 GB, matching how your usage is billed. See Usage.

Storage is the most recent reading, sampled periodically rather than live, so a change you just made may take a little while to appear.

Egress is a rolling 30-day total rather than a calendar-month figure, so it moves with the trailing month instead of resetting on the 1st.

Est. monthly cost is a guide. It applies your plan's per-TB price to your latest storage reading, with your monthly minimum as the floor. It is not shown when your plan has no per-TB rate. Your invoice is calculated from your average storage across the month, so expect the two to differ. See Pricing.

Usage Trends charts your history over a 7 days or 30 days window, defaulting to 7. Storage is an area chart, and the figure above it is the most recent reading. Egress is a bar chart, and the figure above it is the total egress across the window.

Each point is a daily reading. Days without a reading are plotted as zero, so a gap in the data appears as a dip to zero.

Recent Activity

Recent Activity lists your five most recent events, each with a relative timestamp such as 5m ago or 2d ago.

The feed currently covers bucket and key creation. Each row shows the resource name with a bucket or key badge and the label Created. Object-level events are not included yet, so open a bucket to confirm an upload rather than looking for it here. With no activity yet the card reads No activity yet and offers a Create bucket button.

Account state banners

When your account is restricted, a banner appears above the page on every screen, not just the dashboard:

SituationWhat the banner says
Trial storage cap reachedStorage limit exceeded. Uploads are disabled. Delete files or upgrade to resume.
Trial expired, in grace periodThat the trial has expired, with the days left to upgrade or download your data
Account disabledAccount disabled. Visit billing to restore access.

Roles that cannot view billing see a shorter banner that leaves out the cause: when writes are paused it says uploads are disabled for this organization, and when the account is disabled it says so. Both ask you to contact an organization owner.

Reads keep working while writes are paused, so your data stays available to download throughout. See Trial & Billing for the full lifecycle and Usage for how the caps are applied.
